Q: Will you list my property on the MLS?

A: No. We’re investors. We either buy directly ourselves or place the property with one of our investment partners.

Q: How do you come up with your offer?

A: We look at the property’s condition, recent comparable sales, and what it can realistically rent or sell for. Then we subtract repairs and a reasonable profit. We’ll walk you through the numbers so you can see how we got there.
